Voucher Terms
- •Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- •Vouchers are non-refundable but are fully transferable — the recipient is welcome to pass the voucher on to a friend or family member.
- •Session vouchers cover the session fee only. Products, prints and digital collections are selected and purchased separately at the viewing appointment.
- •Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against any session type, products or prints. Any remaining balance can be used at a future date within the 12-month validity period.
- •Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash alternative.
